中俄两国的能源合作随着各自能源战略结构的演变呈现出新的特点。中国快速增加的能源消费使得对进口的依存度不断扩大,同时,俄罗斯也设定了能源出口“多元化”的政策战略,两国在能源领域具有很强的互补性。随着合作的深入,中俄两国在能源领域合作彰显的同时也出现了一定的制约因素。通过模型实证分析,中俄两国的能源合作是双赢的过程,对两国的社会经济发展都具有正向促进影响,且与自身经济具有高度相关性。总体上,能源合作符合双方的利益需求。
