Economic Growth and Transformation Path Resource-based Cities in Northeast China

东北地区资源型城市面临资源枯竭等一系列问题,通过产业转型升级可促进这些城市可持续发展。目前,东北地区不同类型资源型城市转型前后的产业结构存在差异,对此,成长型资源城市可在延长优势资源产业链的同时带动农产品加工、旅游业等产业发展;成熟型资源城市应注重资源的高效利用,带动新能源、新材料等产业的发展;衰退型资源城市可摒弃传统产业,形成以装备制造和以绿色食品为主的产业结构;再生型资源城市可基于石化、钢铁等传统资源产业,向资源精深加工、装备制造及新材料等多种产业并存发展。

Resource-based cities in northeast China are facing a series of problems such as resource exhaustion.The sustainable development of these cities can be promoted through industrial transformation and upgrading.At present,different types of resource-based cities in Northeast China have different industrial structures before and after transformation.Growing resource-based cities can promote the development of agricultural products processing,tourism and other industries while extending the industrial chain of advantageous resources.Mature resource-based cities should focus on the efficient utilization of resources and promote the development of new energy and new materials and other industries.Declining resource-based cities can abandon traditional industries and form a new industrial structure which is dominated by equipment manufacturing and green food.Based on traditional resource industries such as petrochemical and steel,renewable resource-based cities can develop into multiple industries such as deep processing of resources,equipment manufacturing and new materials.
