中蒙俄经济走廊建设背景下东北地区经济一体化研究--基于SWOT分析法

Research on the Economic Integration of Northeast China under the Background of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor Construction--Based on SWOT Analysis

中国东北地区是中蒙俄经济走廊建设的主干道,是我国实现向北开放的重要战略依托。新形势下,中蒙俄经济走廊建设与东北地区经济一体化发展相辅相成、互为补充:东北地区经济一体化发展有利于整合地区资源优势,形成发展合力,为中蒙俄经济走廊建设提供有利的平台;另一方面,中蒙俄经济走廊建设可以促进东北地区经济一体化的形成。利用SWOT分析法,能够清晰的理顺出中蒙俄经济走廊建设过程中东北地区经济一体化发展的优势与劣势,分析其中蕴藏的机遇与风险,从而做出东北地区深度融入中蒙俄经济走廊发展具体的战略选择。

Northeast China is the main road for the construction of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor and an important strategic basis for China's opening-up to the north.Under the new situation,the construction of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor and the development of economic integration in the Northeast China are mutually complementary:the development of economic integration of northeast China is conducive to the integration of regional resource advantages,forming a joint force for development,and providing a favorable platform for the construction of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor.On the other hand,the construction of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor can promote the formation of economic integration in northeast China.Using the SWOT analysis method,it is possible to clearly straighten out the advantages and disadvantages of the economic integration development of northeast China in the construction of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,analyze the opportunities and risks hidden in it,then make specific strategic choices for northeast China to deeply integrate into the development of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor.
