探讨MSCT扫描MPR技术对股骨颈骨折的诊断效能及在临床分型中的意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究MSCT扫描MPR技术对股骨颈骨折的诊断效能及在临床分型中的意义。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月本院收治的300例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,均行X线及MSCT检查,以手术结果作为诊断金标准,比较X线和MSCT检查对股骨颈骨折解剖分型、Garden分型的诊断准确率及患者骨折不愈合、股骨头坏死发生情况。结果MSCT检查对股骨颈骨折解剖分型及Garden分型的诊断准确率明显高于X线检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月,300例患者骨折不愈合发生率为5.33%,股骨头坏死的发生率为10.00%。结论采用MSCT扫描MPR技术对股骨颈骨折进行诊断,能在一定程度上提高解剖分型及Garden分型的诊断准确率,可为后续治疗提供参考依据,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of MSCT scanning MPR technology for femoral neck fractures and its significance in clinical classification.Methods 300 patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All of them underwent X-ray and MSCT examinations.The surgical results were used as the diagnostic gold standard to compare X-ray and MSCT examinations for femoral neck fractures.The diagnostic accuracy of anatomical classification,Garden classification,and the occurrence of nonunion of fractures and femoral head necrosis in patients.Results The diagnostic accuracy of MSCT for the anatomical and Garden classifications of femoral neck fractures was significantly higher than that of X-ray examinations,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);follow-up for 6 months,the incidence of fracture nonunion in 300 patients was 5.33%,the incidence of femoral head necrosis was10.00%.Conclusion The use of MSCT scanning MPR technology to diagnose femoral neck fractures can improve the diagnostic accuracy of anatomical classification and Garden classification to a certain extent,and can provide reference for follow-up treatment and is worthy of clinical application.
