血清CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CYFRA-21联合检测在结直肠癌中的诊断价值分析

Analysis of the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum CEA,CA125,CA19-9 and CYFRA-21 in colorectal cancer

目的探究血清CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CYFRA-21联合检测在结直肠癌中的诊断价值。方法选取2017年3月至2020年3月本院收治的结直肠癌患者96例作为结直肠癌组,另选取同期本院健康体检者60名作为健康组。所有研究对象均进行血清CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CYFRA-21检测,比较两组及不同临床分期患者血清CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CYFRA-21水平及单一诊断与联合诊断的特异度、灵敏度、符合率。结果结直肠癌组血清CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CYFRA-21水平均高于健康组;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期结直肠癌患者CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CYFRA-21水平均高于Ⅰ期,且Ⅲ、Ⅳ期均高于Ⅱ期,Ⅳ期高于Ⅲ期;血清CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CYFRA-21联合诊断的特异度、灵敏度、符合率均高于CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CYFRA-21单一诊断(P<0.05)。结论血清CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CYFRA-21联合检测应用于结直肠癌诊断中,具有较高的灵敏度、特异度及符合率,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum CEA,CA125,CA19-9,and CYFRA-21 in colorectal cancer.Methods 96 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the colorectal cancer group,and 60 patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy group.All research subject were tested for serum CEA,CA125,CA19-9,and CYFRA-21.The levels of serum CEA,CA125,CA19-9 and CYFRA-21 in the two groups of patients with different clinical stages,and the specificity,sensitivity and coincidence rate between single diagnosis and combined diagnosis were compared.Results Serum CEA,CA125,CA19-9 and CYFRA-21 levels in the colorectal cancer group were higher than those in the healthy group.The levels of CEA,CA125,CA19-9 and CYFRA-21 in patients with stageⅡ,ⅢandⅣcolorectal cancer were higher than those in stage I,and those in stageⅢandⅣwere higher than those in stageⅡ,and those in stageⅣwere higher than those in stageⅢ.The specificity,sensitivity and coincidence rate of combined diagnosis of serum CEA,CA125,CA19-9 and CYFRA-21 were higher than those of single diagnosis of CEA,CA125,CA19-9 and CYFRA-21(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum CEA,CA125,CA19-9,and CYFRA-21 is used in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.It has high sensitivity,specificity and coincidence rate,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
