药剂干预对日光温室番茄潜叶蝇消长动态的影响

摘要 为制定综合高效防控措施,调查辽宁省朝阳市潜叶蝇的消长动态,定点定期统计温室中潜叶蝇数目变化,掌握其种群生长发育规律,并在一定时期内加入药剂干预潜叶蝇消长动态。潜叶蝇在朝阳市每年发生12代以上,棚内一年可繁殖6代,3~5月、10~12月两个时段为潜叶蝇两个高峰期。对温室潜叶蝇喷施灭蝇胺、阿维菌素、毒死蜱、高效氯氰菊酯、甲维盐等药剂进行干预。其中70%灭蝇胺(WP)1000倍、1.8%阿维菌素(EC)1500倍、1%甲维盐(EC)1000倍防效明显高于其他药剂且药效长久,药后7 d仍高达80%以上。使用几种药剂后均可以改变潜叶蝇的消长动态,在一定时期内降低潜叶蝇的数量或减缓其增长趋势。 In order to develop comprehensive and efficient control measures,the population dynamics of leaf-miner fly were investigated in Chaoyang,Liaoning province.The number of leaf-miner fly in greenhouse was counted regularly to grasp the regular pattern of the population.The population dynamics of Leaf-miner Fly were intervened by medicament in a certain period.There are more than 12 generations of leaf-miner fly every year in Chaoyang City.Six generations can be reproduced in a year in the greenhouse.The two peaks of leaf-miner fly are from March to May and from October to December.Leaf-miner flies in greenhouse was intervened by spraying insecticides such as cyromazine,avermectin,chlorpyrifos,beta cypermethrin and emamectin benzoate.The prevention effects of 70%cyromazine WP,1.8%avermectin EC,1%emamectin benzoate EC were significantly higher than other pesticides in the experiment,and the efficacies were longer,and still reached 80%after 7 days.The population dynamics of leaf miner can be changed after used several insecticides.In a certain period of time,the number of leaf miner decreased or the growth trend slowed down.
