摘要
扩展器牵引绞车是物探船上的重要设备之一,用来对扩展器进行牵引和回收,其机械系统要求体积小,重量轻,且具有载荷大、可靠性高的工作特性。文章针对65 t扩展器牵引绞车,分析了其技术和结构原理,对其进行结构设计,并通过仿真分析,验证了绞车结构的合理性,为18缆物探船的设计提供了技术保障。
The expander traction winch is one of the key equipments for the geophysical ship,which is used to towing and recovering expander.Its mechanical system requires small volume,light weight,large load and high reliability.This paper analyzes the technology,structural principle,structure design,and verifies the rationality of the winch structure through simulation analysis for 65t expander traction winch,which provides a technical guarantee for the design of 18 cable geophysical exploration ship.
