摘要
水下控制模块油路阀块为水下控制模块液压系统的关键零部件之一,对其工作原理进行研究,依托实际项目参数设计油路阀块,并通过设置生产和测试工况下的不同载荷工况,利用有限元方法进行仿真分析,得到水下控制模块油路阀块的优化设计结果。
Hydraulic fluid block is one of the key components of subsea control module(SCM).Working principle of the hydraulic fluid block is studied,and is designed based on practical project parameters.By setting different loads under production and testing conditions,and utilizing finite element analysis(FEA)method to carry out simulation analysis,the optimized design results of the hydraulic fluid valve block of subsea control module is obtained.
