摘要
生产实习是材料类专业人才培养的重要环节.在工程教育专业认证背景下,为积极践行“学生中心,成果导向,持续改进”的教育理念,提高生产实习教学效果.本研究针对材料类专业学生,采用问卷调查法,于生产实习开始前就学生对生产实习课程的认知和需求进行调查分析.结果显示,学生对生产实习课程期待程度较高,但获取课程信息渠道不畅,对课程信息了解程度不高,对实习时长和实习方式不够满意.据此,本文从生产实习课前准备、课中组织和课后考核等方面提出对策建议,以期优化课程教学设计,改进课程全过程管理,提升教学效果.
Production practice is an important part in the training of material professionals.In the background of engineering education professional certification,in order to actively pursue student-centered,result-oriented,and continuous improvement"teaching theory,enhances the teaching effect of production practice.This study has investigated and analyzed the students′perception and demands of production practice in material majors by using questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics before the production practice began.The results have shown that the students in material majors have a strong expectation for production practice,but they are not satisfied with the length and method of the practice and have poor access to course information.and production practice conditions is not fully meet the actual needs of the students.Accordingly,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of preparation before production practice class,in-class organization and after-class assessment,in order to optimize the teaching design of the course,improve the management of the whole course,and enhance the teaching effect.
