摘要
无论是发展中国家还是发达国家,一个国家的安定和谐总是跟住房问题相联系的。世界各国的住房模式既有所不同,也各有自身的特色。众所周知,北欧福利作为世界上福利系统的佼佼者,无论是在养老、住房还是失业等方面都有值得他国借鉴的地方。
