“民主仁学”理论评析

On“Democratic Benevolence”Theory

在中、西、马三大文化交流交锋交融的新范式下,“民主仁学”是不同于“老内圣开出新外王”的思维模式,而是在儒学发展的宏观透视下,尝试将民主与儒家仁爱糅合为道体,探讨儒学与马克思主义融通的可能性。“民主仁学”具有“民主仁爱为体,礼法科技为用”的体用论,具有“一元主导,多元和谐”的文化观,具有“一道五德”的核心价值观。这一理论形态推进了儒家“内圣外王”新发展,推进了中西、古今关系再思考,推进了对社会主义核心价值观新阐释,极具学术价值和理论意义。尽管如此,对于“民主”何以成为本体以及“体用二元”等问题也存有诸多理论困惑,为此,对该理论形态内在逻辑理路进行理论探索是极其必要的工作。

In the context of the new era where the three major cultural exchanges of China,the West,and Malaysia are converging,the"democratic benevolence"proposed by the academic circle is different from the Confucian thinking mode of previous generation-"the old way of the‘internal sage’(people’s inner cultivation reaches a certain height,or reaches the realm of saints)can produce the way of the‘external king’(to serve the country and make meritorious deeds for the king,which is the traditional thinking of Confucianism)".Under the macroscopic perspective of the development of Confucianism,it tries to combine democracy and Confucian benevolence into Taoism to explore new possibilities for the integration of Confucianism and Marxism.The doctrine of"democratic benevolence"is an ontology,with"democracy and benevolence as the body,etiquette and technology for the use";it possesses a cultural view of"one factor domination,several factors harmonizing";it has the core value of"one way and five virtues(the fundamental way of Confucianism and the five virtues embodying the fundamental way".This theoretical form has promoted the new development of"internal sage and external king"of Confucianism,and promoted the implementation of the core values of socialism,and it has also promoted people to rethink the relationship between China and the West,ancient and modern,which has great academic value and theoretical significance.Nevertheless,there are many theoretical puzzles about why"democracy"becomes the ontology and"ontological dualism",so it is extremely necessary to carry out theoretical exploration of the internal logic of this theoretical form.
