不同充填方案对甲玛铜多金属矿采空区围岩影响的模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 膏体充填是现今处理地下采空区的一种常用方式,充填料浆的灰砂比不仅直接影响到充填强度,也是影响充填成本的重要因素。为实现分区域分强度膏体充填,以减少充填成本,结合西藏甲玛铜多金属矿实际情况,采用COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟软件,对不同充填方案进行模拟,分析不同充填方案对采空区围岩的影响。结果表明,对采空区进行充填处理能够明显改善围岩应力情况,有效控制上覆岩层的位移;充填料浆的灰砂比是影响充填效果的重要因素之一;配合使用高、低灰砂比料浆充填采空区的充填方案,在充填效果上优于单独使用低灰砂比充填采空区的方案,而在经济上优于单独使用高灰砂比的方案。 Paste filling is a common way to treat underground goaf at present.The cement-sand ratio of filling slurry not only directly affects the filling strength,but also is an important factor affecting the filling cost.In order to reduce the filling cost and realize the paste filling in different regions and different strengths,combined with the actual situation of Jiama Copper polymetallic mine in Tibet,COMSOL Multiphysics numerical simulation software was used to simulate different filling schemes and analyze the influence of different filling schemes on the surrounding rock of goaf.The results show that filling goaf can obviously improve the stress of surrounding rock and effectively control the displacement of overburden strata.The cement-sand ratio of filling slurry is one of the important factors affecting the filling effect.The combination of high and low cement-sand ratio slurry to fill goaf is superior to that of low cement-sand ratio alone in filling effect,and superior to that of high cement-sand ratio alone in economy.
