10 kV开关小车二次储能回路电动充电的移动电源装置设计及研制

摘要 用CAD软件设计并研制一套10 kV开关小车二次储能回路电动充电的移动电源装置,该装置的特点是自带一个内置直流24 V锂电池开关电源实现交流220 V转换成直流110 V、直流220 V或交流220 V直接输出的整流和逆变功能,并加装电源输出船型控制开关和锂电池充放电船型控制开关。直流24 V锂电池有一个虚拟电池的电量指示器,能同时满足3~5台10 kV开关小车二次储能回路逐一进行电动充电所需的电池电量,即在对每一台10 kV开关小车二次储能回路电动充电后能够显示出电池的剩余电量。装置的优点是有效解决10 kV开关小车被拉出开关柜体后,不能就地快速进行二次储能回路电动充电后再自动储能的问题,避免运行人员在旋转及推拉10 kV开关小车过程中由于开关小车的弹簧舌片没套紧在转运小车的转向盘插槽上,而发生开关小车翻倒现象。装置的缺点是如果二次航空插头的25号-35号接触对处在极性相反的情况下,装置内部线槽盒的人工换线操作不灵活,所以需优化该装置储能回路正负极的换线操作机构,建议加装拨动开关。 CAD software is used to design and develop a set of portable power supply device for electric charging of secondary energy storage circuit of 10 kV handcart switch.The device is characterized by a built-in DC 24 V lithium battery switching power supply to realize rectifier and inverter functions of AC 220 V into DC 110 V,DC 220 V or AC 220 V direct output.And add power output ship control switch and lithium battery charge-discharge ship control switch.The DC 24 V lithium battery has a virtual battery power indicator,which can simultaneously satisfy the battery power required by the secondary energy storage circuit of 3 to 510 kV handcart switch for electric charging one by one.That is,the remaining battery power can be displayed after electric charging of secondary energy storage circuit of each 10 kV handcart switch.The device has the advantage of effectively solving the problem that the secondary energy storage circuit cannot be electrically charged quickly and then automatically store energy after the 10 kV handcart switch is pulled out of the high-voltage switchgear,avoiding the phenomenon of 10 kV handcart switch will turn over under the condition of operator in the process of rotating and pushing and pulling 10 kV handcart switch,because the spring tongue of the handcart switch is not fastened to the steering wheel slots of the transfer handcart.The disadvantage of the device is that if the no.25-35 contact pair of the secondary aviation plug is in opposite polarity,the manual wire changing operation of the internal wire connecting box inside the device is not flexible.Therefore,the wire changing operation mechanism of the positive and negative poles of the energy storage circuit of the device should be optimized,and a toggle switch is recommended to install.
