摘要
随着人们对城市车位需求的不断增加,研发立体车库可以解决城市停车难的问题。车辆搬运器是立体车库的关键部件,其与主站控制器通信多采用有线方式。在立体车库使用一段时间以后,通信电缆易出现断裂而无法正常传输信号,无形中增加了故障点。采用无线通信取代有线通信是车辆搬运器控制的发展方向,此外Profibus-DP可以提供开放式的现场总线解决方案。首先对近距离无线通信技术进行对比,其次从Profibus无线通信模块的硬件设计、软件设计两方面进行探讨,最后就通信系统配置进行讨论,可供相关人员参考。
As people’s demand for urban parking spaces continues to increase,the development of Stereo garages can solve the problem of urban parking difficulties.The vehicle carrier is a key component of the Stereo garage,and the communication with the master station controller is mostly wired.After the Stereo garage has been used for a period of time,the communication cable is prone to breakage and cannot transmit signals normally,which virtually increases the point of failure.Using wireless communication to replace wired communication is the development direction of vehicle carrier control,and Profibus-DP can provide an open fieldbus solution.First,compare the short-distance wireless communication technology,and then discuss the hardware design and software design of the Profibus wireless communication module,and finally discuss the configuration of the communication system for reference by relevant personnel.
