微信群在神经内科临床护理教学中的应用及可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究在神经内科临床护理教学中运用微信群互动教学模式的效果。方法通过随机数字表法将衡阳市中医医院中风脑病专科2018年4月—2019年4月收治的78名神经内科护理实习生分为观察组(n=39)和对照组(n=39)。对照组采用运用传统教学模式,观察组采用微信群互动教学模式,对比两组考核成绩、自我学习能力评分、学习倦怠感评分、学习压力评分、综合实习能力评分及教学满意度。结果观察组护理理论知识及护理技能考核成绩均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生自我学习能力评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生学习倦怠感评分、学习压力评分均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生分析问题、解决问题及沟通表达能力得分均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生教学满意度(97.44%)较对照组(79.49%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科临床护理教学中运用微信群互动教学模式更有助于实习生掌握护理知识及技能,并有助于减轻学习倦怠感及学习压力,提升其综合实习能力,教学满意度更高。 Objective To explore the effect of using WeChat group interactive teaching mode in neurology clinical nursing teaching.Methods A random number table method was used to divide 78 neurology nursing interns admitted from April 2018 to April 2019 in the Stroke and Encephalopathy Specialty of Hengyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital into the observation group(n=39)and the control group(n=39).The control group adopted the traditional teaching model,and the observation group adopted the WeChat group interactive teaching model to compare the two groups'assessment results,self-learning ability score,learning burnout score,learning pressure score,comprehensive practice ability score,and teaching satisfaction.Results The assessment scores of nursing theoretical knowledge and nursing skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-learning ability scores of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning burnout and learning pressure of the interns in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The interns in the observation group had higher scores in problem analysis,problem solving and communication skills than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of interns in the observation group(97.44%)was higher than that of the control group(79.49%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of WeChat group interactive teaching mode in neurology clinical nursing teaching is more helpful for interns to master nursing knowledge and skills,and helps to reduce learning burnout and learning pressure,improve their comprehensive internship ability,and have higher teaching satisfaction.
