基于层次分析法的高校附属医院临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量评价指标研究

Research on Evaluation Indexes of Cultivation Quality of Postgraduates Majoring in Clinical Medicine in University Affiliated Hospitals Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要 目的建立高校附属医院临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养质量的指标体系。方法于2020年6—8月成立由9名专家组成的研究小组,讨论并构建指标体系雏形。于2020年9月—2021年2月,运用内容效度指数法最终确立临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量评价的具体量化指标体系,函询50名高校附属医院临床医学专业学位研究生,运用层次分析法进行分析,得出最终权重。结果该研究最终形成包括11个二级指标(准则层)以及35个三级指标(指标层)的临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量评价体系,体系各指标的CVI均>0.83,SCVI/ave=0.913,均高于参考值,表明其具有较好的内容效度。结论该研究以临床医学专业学位研究生为评价主体,充分考虑临床医学专业学位研究生的培养过程特点,充分突显培养过程各方面要素的合理性与平衡性,为临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量的提升提供了参考依据和改进方向。 Objective To establish an index system for the training quality of postgraduates with a degree in clinical medicine in affiliated hospitals of universities.Methods From June to August 2020,a research group consisting of 9 experts was established to discuss and build the prototype of the indicator system.From September 2020 to February 2021,the content validity index method was used to finally establish a specific quantitative index system for the evaluation of the quality of clinical medicine degree graduate students,and 50 clinical medicine degree graduate students in affiliated hospitals of universities were asked to use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze and get the final weight.Results This study finally formed a clinical medicine professional degree postgraduate training quality evaluation system including 11 secondary indicators(criteria layer)and 35 tertiary indicators(index layer).The CVI of each indicator of the system was greater than 0.83,SCVI/ave=0.913,higher than the reference value,indicating that it has good content validity.Conclusion This study takes clinical medicine professional degree graduate students as the main evaluation body,fully considers the characteristics of the training process of clinical medicine professional degree graduate students,fully highlights the rationality and balance of all aspects of the training process,and provides a reference basis and improvement direction for the improvement of the quality of clinical medicine professional degree postgraduate training.
