咸宁市某三甲医院科研产出的影响因素研究

A Study on the Influencing Factors of Scientific Research Output of a Grade-A Hospital in Xianning City

目的探寻影响咸宁市某三甲医院科研产出的主要因素,为医院科研管理以及院内相关科研政策的制定提供依据。方法以发表论文、论著、科研成果为衡量科研产出的指标,采用问卷调查的方式对该院2018—2020年间科研产出的影响因素进行了横断面研究。通过描述性研究、t检验、χ^(2)检验、多因素Logistic线回归等方法,分析影响科研产出的主要影响因素,评价各因素对科研产出的影响程度。结果学历较高者,平均每日业余用于科研时间越长者,科研产出越多的可能性越大。对于“专业技术职称”因素中,副高职称者科研产出最高,中级职称者次之,正高职称者与初级职称者相比无差异。结论完善医院人才培养管理机制,合理规划医生参与科研工作的时间,形成良好职称晋升机制将有利于该院的科研产出。

Objective To explore the main factors that affect the scientific research output of a tertiary hospital in Xianning,and to provide a basis for the hospital's scientific research management and the formulation of relevant scientific research policies in the hospital.Methods Using published papers,writings,and scientific research results as indicators to measure scientific research output,a cross-sectional study was conducted on the influencing factors of the institute's scientific research output from 2018 to 2020 using a questionnaire survey.Through descriptive research,t-test,χ^(2) test,multi-factor Logistic regression and other methods,the main influencing factors of scientific research output were analyzed,and the degree of influence of each factor on scientific research output was evaluated.Results For those with higher education,the longer the average daily spare time spent on scientific research,the greater the possibility of scientific research output.Among the factors of"professional and technical titles",those with deputy senior titles had the highest scientific research output,followed by those with intermediate titles,and there is no difference between those with senior titles and those with junior titles.Conclusion Improving the hospital's personnel training and management mechanism,rationally planning the time for doctors to participate in scientific research,and forming a good title promotion mechanism will benefit the hospital's scientific research output.
