在胸外科实习护士护理管理中运用思维导图展开对质量提升的影响

The Influence of Mind Map Development on Quality Improvement in Nursing Management of Nurses in Thoracic Surgery

目的在胸外科实习护士护理管理中运用思维导图展开对质量提升的效果。方法选取该院2019年6月—2020年6月胸外科实习的80名实习护士作为研究对象,依照实习报道的先后顺序分为观察组与对照组,每组40名。对照组实习护士选择常规形式的护理管理,观察组实习护士选择思维导图,比较两组实习护士的成绩情况、学习掌握情况、笔记记录情况、满意度。结果观察组实习护士的考核成绩相比于对照组更为理想;观察组实习护士的学习掌握情况相比于对照组更为优异;观察组与对照组实习护士的笔记总优秀率依次是97.50%、87.50%,观察组实习护士的笔记记录情况相比于对照组更为理想;观察组与对照组实习护士的满意度依次是95.00%、82.50%,观察组实习护士的满意度相比于对照组更为理想,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胸外科实习护士进行思维导图护理管理,利于提高其成绩状况及学习掌握情况,从而提升整体的护理质量水平,值得在临床大力推广。

Objective To use mind maps in the nursing management of nurses in thoracic surgery to improve the quality.Methods 80 practise nurses in thoracic surgery practice in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research object.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of practice reports,with 40 nurses in each group.The practice nurses in the control group chose conventional nursing management,and the practice nurses in the observation group chose mind maps to compare the performance,mastery,note-taking and satisfaction of the two groups of practice nurses.Results The appraisal results of the practice nurses in the observation group were more ideal than those in the control group;the study mastery of the practice nurses in the observation group was better than that of the control group;the notes excellent rate of the practice nurses in the observation group and the control group was 97.50%and 87.50%in sequence,the note-taking situation of the practice nurses in the observation group was more ideal than that of the control group;the satisfaction rates of the practice nurses in the observation group and the control group were 95.00%and 82.50%,respectively,and the practice nurses'satisfaction in the observation group was more ideal than that of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind-mapping nursing management for practise nurses in thoracic surgery is helpful to improve their performance and learning mastery,thereby enhancing the overall level of nursing quality.It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
