外科病房护理管理中护士分层分组管理模式的应用效果

Application Effect of Nurses'Hierarchical and Grouped Management Model in Nursing Management of Surgical Wards

目的探析外科病房护理管理中护士分层分组管理模式的应用效果。方法以2020年1—12月该院外科接收的患者50例、护士20名为研究组,此阶段该院在外科病房护理管理中实施护士分层分组管理模式。以2019年1—12月接收的患者50例、护士20名归入参比组,此阶段该院在外科病房护理管理中实施传统管理模式。分析两组管理后的护理服务质量、管理满意度、患者满意度。结果在对外科病房进行护理管理后,研究组的护理服务质量优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的患者满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对外科病房进行护理管理时,使用护士分层分组管理模式能够增强护理服务质量,提高管理满意度,提升患者满意度,建议在外科病房管理时使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of nurses'hierarchical and grouping management model in nursing management of surgical wards.Methods From January to December 2020,50 patients accepted by the hospital and 20 nurses were selected as the research group.At this stage,the hospital implemented a hierarchical and grouped management model of nurses in the nursing management of the surgical ward.From January to December 2019,50 patients and 20 nurses were selected for the study,and they were classified into the reference group.At this stage,the hospital implements the traditional management model in the nursing management of the surgical ward.Analyze the nursing service quality,management satisfaction,and patient satisfaction of the two groups after management.Results After the nursing management of the surgical ward,the quality of nursing service of the research group was better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the management satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of surgical wards,the use of nurses'hierarchical grouping management model can enhance the quality of nursing service,improve management satisfaction,and improve patient satisfaction.It is recommended to use it in surgical ward management.
