层级管理联合目标强化管理在提高胃肠外科护理管理质量中的应用

Application of Hierarchical Management Combined with Target Strengthening Management in Improving the Quality of Nursing Management of Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的探讨层级管理联合目标强化管理在胃肠外科护理管理中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2017—2019年该院胃肠外科护理管理工作情况,以2017年5月—2018年5月实施常规管理模式设为对照组,以2018年6月—2019年6月实施层级管理联合目标强化管理后设为观察组,对比分析实施层级管理和目标强化管理前后胃肠外科护理满意度、考核成绩、护理质量评分、不良事件发生率以及投诉情况。结果观察组护理总满意度、考核成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量各项评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率、投诉率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃肠外科护理管理中实施层级管理联合目标强化管理模式,能够显著护理人员的考核成绩,临床护理质量,有效预防和降低不良事件和投诉,提高护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of hierarchical management combined with goal-strengthened management in the nursing management of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis of the nursing management of gastrointestinal surgery in the hospital from 2017 to 2019.The routine management model implemented from May 2017 to May 2018 was set as the control group,and the observation group was set as the observation group after the implementation of hierarchical management joint target strengthening management from June 2018 to June 2019.Compare and analyze the nursing satisfaction of gastrointestinal surgery,assessment results,nursing quality scores,incidence of adverse events and complaints before and after the implementation of hierarchical management and target strengthening management.Results The total nursing satisfaction and assessment scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events and complaint rates in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management combined with goal-strengthening management model in gastrointestinal surgery nursing management can significantly improve the assessment performance of nursing staff,the quality of clinical nursing,effectively prevent and reduce adverse events and complaints,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
