为了达到合理控费以及加快效率的目的,我国疾病诊断相关分组付费(diagnosis related groups,DRGs)与按病种分值付费(diagnosis-intervention packet,DIP)的付费政策正在不断推出以及完善,这也给医疗机构的经营与发展带来了不少的机遇与挑战。该文从DRG与DIP的概念出发,对其支付方式的特点进行总结,深入分析DRG和DIP付费改革对医疗机构带来的影响,并根据产生的影响从不同的角度提出建议,旨在帮助医疗机构更好地迎接DRG和DIP付费改革所带来的挑战,实现更长远的发展。

In order to achieve reasonable cost control and speed up efficiency,China's disease diagnosis-related group payment(diagnosis related groups,DRGs)and disease-related points payment(diagnosis-intervention packet,DIP)payment policies are being continuously introduced and improved;this also brings many opportunities and challenges to the operation and development of medical institutions.Starting from the concepts of DRG and DIP,the article summarizes the characteristics of their payment methods,deeply analyzes the impact of DRG and DIP payment reforms on medical institutions,and proposes suggestions from different perspectives based on the impacts;to help medical institutions better meet the challenges brought about by the DRG and DIP payment reforms,and to achieve longer-term development.
