摘要
普通内科学作为一门临床实践性较强的学科,由于疾病的复杂性、多样性,不易让学生掌握。在普通内科临床带教中,PBL教学法能提高临床学习医师的积极性、主动性,激发学员的学习兴趣,培养同学们思考和解决问题的能力,加强师生之间及同学之间的互动联系,培养临床学习医师的人际交流和沟通能力。在普通内科临床带教中实施PBL教学法,需要培训带教老师,设计出不良结构的问题,建立起科学的评价体系,从而促进普通内科学教育的健康、可持续发展。
As a subject with strong clinical practice,general internal medicine is not easy for students to master due to the complexity and diversity of diseases.In general internal medicine clinical teaching,PBL teaching method can improve the enthusiasm and initiative of clinical learning physicians,stimulate students'interest in learning,cultivate students'ability to think and solve problems,and strengthen the interaction between teachers and students,cultivate the interpersonal communication and communication skills of clinical learning physicians.To implement the PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of general internal medicine,it is necessary to train teachers,design problems with unhealthy structures,and establish a scientific evaluation system to promote the healthy and sustainable development of general internal medicine education.
