摘要
目的分析模拟情境教学法在眼科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2—12月期间在该院眼科进行护理实习的护生74名,以随机数表法分为对照组(n=37,应用传统眼科临床护理带教法)和观察组(n=37,应用模拟情境教学法开展眼科临床护理带教)。对比不同带教方法实施后护生的实习成绩、实习积极主动性、胜任能力和带教满意度。结果两组护生入科时理论知识考试成绩、技能操作考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护生出科时的理论知识考试成绩和技能操作考试成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的学习驱动力、学习目标、深入学习、控制学习、扎实学习、学习积极主动性等评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的帮助作用、教育指导、诊断功能、情境管理、治疗干预、确保质量、工作角色等评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);带教满意度,观察组97.30%高于对照组72.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模拟情景教学法在眼科临床护理带教中的开展,能够显著提高眼科护理带教教学质量,提高护生的理论知识和实践技能知识水平,且利于调动护生的学习积极主动性,提升护生的胜任能力,并能够获得护生对临床护理带教的高度认可。
Objective To analyze the application effect of simulated situation teaching method in ophthalmology clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 74 nursing students who had undergone nursing practice in the ophthalmology department of our hospital from February 2020 to December 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(n=37,using traditional ophthalmology clinical nursing teaching method)and observation group(n=37,applying simulated situational teaching method to carry out ophthalmology clinical nursing teaching)by a random number table method.Compare the internship results,internship initiative,competence and satisfaction of the nursing students after the implementation of different teaching methods.Results The scores of the theoretical knowledge test and the skill operation test of the two groups of nursing students compared when entering the department,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of the theoretical knowledge test and the skill operation test of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of nursing students in the observation group for learning drive,learning goals,in-depth learning,controlled learning,solid learning,and learning initiative were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the scores of nursing students in the observation group in terms of help,education guidance,diagnostic function,context management,treatment intervention,quality assurance,and job role were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);teacher satisfaction,observation group(97.30%)was higher than the control group(72.97%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of simulated situational teaching method in ophthalmology clinical nursing teaching can significantly improve the quality of ophthalmic nursing teaching,improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills knowledge level of nursing students,and it is beneficial to mobilize the active learning of nursing students,enhance the competence of nursing students,and gain the high recognition of nursing students for clinical nursing teaching.
