PBL结合CBL教学方法在重症监护室护理规培带教中的应用

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础的教学(PBL)结合以病例为基础的教学(CBL)教学方法在重症监护室护理规培带教中的应用及价值。方法选取该院2019年6月—2020年12月重症监护室护士20名,全部护士接受为期4周的护理规培带教,以随机数表法分两组,每组10名。带教A组采用常规护理教学方法,带教B组采用PBL结合CBL教学方法,比较两组接受护理规培带教前后重症监护室护理理论知识考核成绩、重症监护室护理实践技能考核成绩,并比较两组带教结束后病例分析能力、问题解决能力、合作学习能力。结果护理规培带教前,两组重症监护室护理理论知识、实践技能考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理规培带教后,带教B组重症监护室护理理论知识、实践技能考核成绩高于带教A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理规培带教后,带教B组病例分析能力、问题解决能力、合作学习能力考核得分高于带教A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症监护室护理规培带教中,采用PBL结合CBL教学方法能够达到较好的教学效果,既能够显著提高重症监护室护士的专业知识及专业能力,也能够有效提升护士病例分析能力、问题解决能力、合作学习能力,更好提高护士综合能力。 Objective To explore the application and value of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in the training of nursing regulations in intensive care unit.Methods Selected 20 nurses in the intensive care unit from June 2019 to December 2020 in the hospital.All nurses received a 4 weeks nursing training program.They were divided into two groups by random number table,with 10 cases in each group.The teaching group A adopted conventional nursing teaching methods,and the teaching group B adopted PBL combined with CBL teaching methods.The two groups were compared before and after receiving nursing training and training in the intensive care unit nursing theory knowledge assessment results,and the intensive care unit nursing practice skills assessment results.Comparing the two groups'case analysis ability,problem solving ability and cooperative learning ability after teaching.Results Before the training of nursing regulations,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of intensive care unit nursing theoretical knowledge and practice skills assessment scores(P>0.05);after the training of nursing regulations,teaching Group B's intensive care unit nursing theoretical knowledge and practice skills assessment scores were higher than those of the teaching group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the training of nursing regulations,the case analysis ability,problem-solving ability,and cooperative learning ability assessment of the teaching group B were higher than those of teaching group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the training and teaching of nursing regulations in the intensive care unit,the combination of PBL and CBL teaching methods can achieve better teaching results,which can not only significantly improve the professional knowledge and professional ability of nurses in the intensive care unit,but also effectively improve the nurse's case analysis ability,problem solving ability,cooperative learning ability,and better improve the comprehensive ability of nurses.
