基于PBL模式的闭环式医学伦理教学改革探索 被引量:1

摘要 以问题为导向的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)提倡以非结构化问题作为引导学生主动学习的桥梁,是当前教育改革的研究热点。与传统的教学模式相比,PBL教学可以显著提升学生对学科的认知水平、运用技能和现实态度。该文立足国内医学伦理教育现状及特点,剖析PBL教学模式在医学伦理教育中展现的独特优势,并提出在研究生阶段开展医学伦理教学应以PBL模式为主体,注重构建闭环式反馈生态。 Problem-based learning(PBL)advocates using unstructured problems as a bridge to guide students'active learning,which is the current research hotspot of education reform.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,PBL teaching can significantly improve students'cognition level,application skills and realistic attitude to the subject.Based on the current situation and characteristics of domestic medical ethics education,the paper analyzes the unique advantages of PBL teaching mode in medical ethics education,and proposes that PBL mode should be the main body of medical ethics teaching in the postgraduate stage,focusing on building a closed-loop feedback ecology.
