摘要
伴随着我国老龄化趋势的不断加重,当前我国人口老龄化问题越来越凸显,这不仅仅是人口结构存在的缺陷,还将因此而引发一系列的社会问题。老年人有其独特的身体心理特征,在其日常生活中也需要更多的护理与关爱。对着大健康理念的推广,人们在重视我国老龄化趋势加重的基础上,对众多老年人口的健康问题也加大了关注力度,我国的政府部门、民间机构更是提倡应用诸多的护理手段强化对老年群体健康情况的关注与监护,与此同时也需要更多从业的护理人员,通过提高专业性来实现对老年群体很好的护理任务,在解决老年健康问题的同时,解除社会危机。本文结合笔者多年的研究与实践,对大健康概念及当前我国老年人健康现状进行探讨,分析存在的问题,进而总结大健康背景下老年护理人才的培养模式,以供参考。
With the increasing trend of aging in China,the problem of population aging in China is becoming more and more prominent.This is not only a defect in the population structure,but will also cause a series of social problems.The elderly have their unique physical and psychological characteristics,and they also need more care and love in their daily lives.In response to the promotion of the concept of great health,people are paying more attention to the increasing trend of aging in our country,and paying more attention to the health problems of many elderly people.China's government departments and private institutions advocate the application of many nursing methods to strengthen the attention and supervision of the health of the elderly.At the same time,more nursing staff are needed.By improving professionalism,we can achieve good nursing tasks for the elderly,and at the same time solve the health problems of the elderly,and relieve the social crisis.Based on the author's years of research and practice,this article discusses the concept of general health and the current health status of the elderly in China,analyzes the existing problems,and then summarizes the training model of elderly nursing personnel under the background of general health for reference.
