摘要
菲尔兹奖兼沃尔夫数学奖得主是数学拔尖创新人才的杰出代表.对16位菲尔兹奖兼沃尔夫数学奖得主的科研共性和教育观点进行分析,发现他们的科研共性包括:具有较高的人文素养和科学素养;有坚定的意志、坚韧的毅力、足够的耐心等;科研方法科学高效;他们的论文(著)是思想和论述的完美结合.他们的教育观点主要有激发兴趣、人格教育和学术影响、学数学家、以教促研和专业不要分得过早过细等.可以通过培养兴趣和能力、引导学习和科研、指导论文、教研相长和专业及课程5个方面的途径来培养数学拔尖创新人才.
Winners of both the Fields Medal and Wolf Prize in Mathematics represent the most excellent,innovative talents in mathematics.By analyzing scientific research commonalities and education viewpoints of the 16 winners of both the Fields Medal and Wolf Prize in Mathematics,it was found that their scientific research commonalities mainly include three aspects:necessary conditions,personality characteristics and scientific research methods of high-level mathematicians,and characteristics of their papers or works.Their education viewpoints comprise five aspects:stimulating interest,personality education and academic influence,learning from mathematicians,promoting research through teaching,and specialties and courses.From this,top-notch innovative talents in mathematics can be cultivated by teachers and schools through the following five ways:cultivating the students’interest and ability,guiding their learning,fostering research and paper writing,improving teachers’teaching and research proficiency,and implementing reasonable course planning and specialties.From this,we can cultivate top-notch innovative talents in mathematics through five ways:cultivating interest and ability,guiding learning and scientific research,guiding the writing of papers,teaching and research,and specialization and curriculum.
