摘要
针对白洞煤矿8119工作面综采端头大面积悬顶难以垮落,容易产生大面积来压的问题,提出使用静态膨胀剂代替预裂爆破、水力压裂、CO_(2)对大面积坚硬顶板进行致裂。根据白洞煤矿的工程概况和8119工作面的顶板岩性,结合静态膨胀剂的破岩机理,确定了井下钻孔布置方案,并对钻孔进行注浆工艺设计,在注浆后的数小时内对致裂效果进行了观察。结果表明:使用静态膨胀剂能够有效致裂综采大面积坚硬顶板,缩短悬顶距离,保障了井下作业人员和矿区的安全。
In view of the problem that the large overhanging roof at the fully mechanized mining end of 8119 face in Baidong coal mine is difficult to collapse and easy to produce large area pressure,static expansion agent was proposed to crack the large area hard roof instead of pre-splitting blasting,hydraulic fracturing and CO_(2).According to the engineering general situation of Baidong coal mine and the roof lithology of 8119 working face,combined with the rock breaking mechanism of static expansion agent,the layout scheme of underground borehole was determined,and the grouting process was designed for the borehole.The cracking effect was observed in a few hours after grouting process.The results show that using static expansion agent can effectively crack large hard roof in fully mechanized mining,shorten the distance of suspended roof,and improve the safety status of underground workers and mining area.
