摘要
随着信息技术的发展,智慧矿山已成为我国煤矿发展的重要方向,也是提高矿井安全生产水平和管控能力的重要措施。其中,通风系统的智能化尤为重要,包括通风系统智能化的整体架构、软硬件方案,还应包括监测监控和智能分析等内容,是现阶段我国智慧矿山建设中亟待解决的问题。察哈素煤矿以通风系统的智能化为对象开展方案设计,针对矿井主通风机、局部风机、风门、风窗等主要通风装置的改造升级以及实时在线平台的搭建开展研究,形成了智能通风系统的总体架构和设备改造技术方案,构建了采用多参数大气压传感器、超声波风速仪、全断面精准测风装置等组成的矿井通风参数在线监测系统,为我国同类矿井的智能化建设提供了借鉴。
With the development of information technology,intellectualization has become an important direction of coal mine development and it is also an important measure to improve coalmine safety management and control ability.The intellectualization of ventilation system,including the overall architecture of intelligent ventilation system,software and hardware scheme,monitoring and intelligent analysis,is particularly important,which is an urgent problem to be solved in the construction of intelligent mines in China at this stage.A scheme design and research were carried out on the reconstruction and upgrading of main ventilation devices such as main fans,local fans,dampers,windows and a real-time online platform.The overall architecture and reconstruction technical scheme of intelligent ventilation system were formed for the intelligent ventilation system of Chahasu coal mine.An on-line monitoring system for mine ventilation parameters was constructed,which including multi parameter atmospheric pressure sensors,ultrasonic anemometers and full section accurate wind measuring devices.These provide a reference for the intelligent construction of similar mines.
