自由锻锤自动化控制技术

摘要 通过对液气自由锻锤和全液压自由锻锤的主控阀特点及其控制原理进行分析,提出了采用电液伺服控制系统替代目前使用的机械杠杆机构操纵手动随动滑阀系统,实现了自由锻锤的动作控制及远程控制;增加锤头位置检测传感器,实现了自由锻锤的自动控制。通过AMESim仿真软件,对3种不同伺服油缸组成的电液伺服控制系统的响应特性与工作特性进行了研究,并在8 t全液压自由锻锤上进行应用,改善了锻锤生产条件、降低了劳动强度,实现了自由锻锤生产过程的自动化。 By analyzing the characteristics and control principles of the main control valve for pneumohydraulic free forging hammer and all-hydraulic free forging hammer, it was proposed to use an electro-hydraulic servo control system to replace the currently used mechanical lever mechanism to manipulate the manual follow-up slide valve system and realize the action control and the remote control of the free forging hammer, and the hammer head position detection sensor was added to realize the automatic control of the free forging hammer. Furthermore, the response and working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo control system composed of three different servo cylinders were studied by simulation software AMESim, and the application was conducted on an 8 t full hydraulic free forging hammer, which improved the production conditions of forging hammer and reduced the labor intensity to realize the automation of the free forging hammer production process.
