高校辅导员队伍内涵式发展浅析

On the Connotative Development of College Counselor Team

高校辅导员作为落实高校“立德树人”根本任务的重要力量,自身队伍的专业化、职业化建设显得尤为迫切。辅导员队伍内涵式发展是辅导员队伍走向专业化、职业化的客观需要和必然要求。文章通过分析高校辅导员队伍内涵式发展背景及目前存在的相关问题,从四个方面进行了建设性的探讨及实现路径分析。

As an important force to implement the fundamental task of“Morality Education”in colleges,the professional construction of the team is particularly urgent.The connotative development of counselor team is the objective need and inevitable requirement for counselors to become professional.By analyzing the background of connotative development and existing problems of college counselors,this paper makes a constructive discussion and implementation path analysis from four aspects.
