摘要 高职院校作为开展职业教育的主要阵地,肩负着重要历史使命,前途广阔、大有可为。辅导员与班主任作为高职院校“三全育人”的主力军,在提升育人队伍素质、完善育人工作方法、提升育人工作实效性等方面责任重大。因此,要培养协同育人意识,厘清权责主体,健全育人制度,以破解二者协同育人的困境。 As the main position to carry out vocational education,higher vocational colleges shoulder an important historical mission,with a broad future and promising prospects.As the main force of"three-whole education"in higher vocational colleges,counselors and class teachers are of great significance in promoting the quality of education team,improving the working methods of education and enhancing the effectiveness of education work.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate the awareness of collaborative education,clarify the main body of rights and responsibilities,and perfect the educational system so as to solve the dilemma of collaborative education between the two.
