基于博弈视角下的学生组织承诺构建研究

On the Construction of Students'Organizational Commitment From the Perspective of Game Theory

文章立足于学生组织承诺形成的过程,提出了学生组织承诺是学生与学校之间的博弈,整个过程由多次博弈构成,呈现出学生的持续承诺、规范承诺和感情承诺等,并对这一博弈过程进行分析论证。在此基础上,采取不同的措施提高高职院校学生组织承诺,一旦组织承诺形成,既能增强学生组织凝聚力和竞争力,又能提高学校的知名度和影响力。因此,从博弈视角来研究学生组织承诺是十分有意义的。

Based on the process of student organization commitment formation,this paper proposes that student organization commitment is a game between students and school and analyzes and demonstrates the game process.The whole process is composed of multiple games,showing students’continuous commitment,normative commitment and emotional commitment.On this basis,different measures are taken to increase the commitment of student organizations in higher vocational colleges.Once the organizational commitment is formed,it can not only enhance the cohesion and competitiveness of student organizations,but also increase the popularity and influence of the school.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study the commitment of student organizations from a game perspective.
