摘要
乡土人才的特殊性要求采取特别的人才培养模式,才能取得良好的培养效果。文章在分析乡土人才培养工作中存在瓶颈的基础上,通过归纳总结襄阳职业技术学院近20年的培养工作经验,提炼出“335”乡土人才培养模式。文章详细地阐述了该模式的内涵和具体做法。
The particularity of rural talents requires a special talent training mode in order to achieve better training results.This paper analyzes the bottlenecks in the rural talent training and summarizes the training experience in Xiangyang Polytechnic in the past 20 years.A"335"rural talent training mode has been extracted and its connotation and practice has been expounded in detail.
