摘要
智能爬梯型多功能助老轮椅由轮子升降机构、椅背重心降低机构、驱动电机、控制器、测距传感器、陀螺仪等部分组成。轮子升降机构采用“剪叉式+双梯形连杆+正反双螺纹丝杠机构”实现轮子支架的升降;重心降低机构采用“滑道+推杆机构”调节椅背高度,实现了上下楼梯时轮椅重心的降低。该项目设计的轮椅相比市面上其他轮椅的最大特点是实现了智能上下楼梯功能和上下坡水平保持功能,适用于辅助老人在室内和小区行动,同时操作简单、安全性好。
This intelligent multi-functional wheelchair is composed of wheel lifting mechanism,chair back center of gravity lowering mechanism,driving motor,controller,ranging sensor,gyroscope and other parts.The wheel lifting mechanism adopts"scissors type+double trapezoidal connecting rod+positive and negative double thread lead screw mechanism"to realize the lifting of wheel bracket,and the center of gravity lowering mechanism adopts"slide+push rod mechanism"to adjust the height of chair back,so as to realize the reduction of wheelchair center of gravity when going up and down stairs.Compared with other wheelchairs on the market,the biggest feature of the wheelchair designed in this project is that it realizes the function of intelligent up and down stairs and the function of maintaining the level of up and down slope,which is suitable for assisting the elderly to move indoors and in the community,with simple operation and good safety.
