真姬菇新品种‘农万真2号’的选育

Breeding of a New Variety of Hypsizygus marmoreus‘Nongwanzhen No.2’

以福建万辰生物科技股份有限公司真姬菇(Hypsizygus marmoreus)主栽品种‘B01’和试验品种‘B02’为亲本进行杂交育种。初筛出菌丝长势好,能出菇的45个杂交菌株;复筛出产量高、菇体白、不开伞的菌株Hy5085。该菌株的菌丝适宜培养温度为25℃,工厂化生产周期为114~115 d,产量高;菌盖饱满厚实,菌盖边缘内卷不开伞;菇体白,菌柄粗。该菌株平均产量为每瓶304.4 g,比‘B01’高15.1%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。2020年5月8日Hy5085通过福建省非主要农作物品种鉴定,定名为‘农万真2号’。

The major Hypsizygus marmoreus cultivar of Fujian Wanchen Bio-Tech Stock Co.,Ltd.‘B01’and the experimental variety‘B02’were used as parents for crossbreeding of new varieties.After the preliminary screening,45 hybrid strains showing both vigorous mycelial growth and mature fruiting bodies were selected.The selected strains were further screeninged for high yield and white fruiting body without open pileus;and then Hy5085 was selected.The suitable cultivation temperature for Hy5085 during mycelial growth was 25℃;the factory production cycle was 114-115 d;the produced fruiting bodies were white with full,thick and invulute pilei remaining unopen,and the stipes were thick and neat.The average yield of Hy5085 was 304.4 g per cultivation bottle,which was 15.1%higher than that of B01(P<0.01).On May 8,2020,Hy5085 passed the identification of non-major crop varieties in Fujian Province and was named‘Nongwanzhen No.2’.
