谐波减速器用柔性轴承综合性能试验机的研制 被引量:4

摘要 针对谐波减速器柔性轴承转速、载荷、扭矩、温升和寿命试验设计了一台轴承试验机。试验机采用卧式结构,模拟轴承实际工况;使用伺服电机实现转速精确控制;液压比例伺服阀保证稳定加载轴向径向载荷;采用NI-PXI平台实现自动控制及数据采集;使用LabVIEW开发环境设计采集和控制系统软件。试验机能按照预设载荷谱自动运行,具有转速、振动、温度和压力等多参数的显示、上下限报警和自动保护功能。通过试验结果证明,试验机运行平稳,可靠性良好,可满足多种型号轴承的试验需要,对该系列轴承产品结构设计和工艺改进提供可靠的数据支持。 A bearing testing machine has been designed specific to the tests on rotation speed,load,torque,temperature rise and life of the flexible bearings for harmonic drive gear reducer.With horizontal structure,this testing machine could simulate the actual operating conditions of the above-mentioned bearings.In this testing machine,servo motor is used to control the rotation speed accurately;test bearing could be loaded on axial and radial directions stably through using hydraulic proportioning valve;NI-PXI platform is used to realize automatic control and data acquisition;LabVIEW is applied to develop environment design,acquisition and control system software.The testing machine could automatically operate in accordance with the pre-set load spectrum,having the functions regarding parameter display including rotation speed,vibration,temperature and pressure,alarm against upper and lower limits,and automatic protection.The results of the test show that this testing machine could operate stably with high reliability,so that it could meet the requirements of tests on various models of bearings,which would provide reliable data support for the structure design and process improvement of this series of bearings.
