摘要
数控机床齿轮是机床传动系统的重要组成部分。为了分析磁流体和齿轮涂层两者协同作用对渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮啮合区润滑性能的影响,以磁流体润滑渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮为研究对象,考虑齿轮涂层的影响,通过多重网格法,得到了啮合过程中膜厚和压力的变化规律。结果表明:相比于无涂层齿轮啮合,有涂层齿轮参与啮合的油膜厚度较大。在啮合过程中的啮入点、节点和啮出点3个特殊位置,有涂层齿轮参与啮合的第二压力峰位置压力分布更加平缓,避免了较大应力集中对齿轮的破坏作用。可见齿轮涂层改善了啮合区的压力和膜厚分布,对润滑工况有利,为优化数控机床齿轮摩擦学设计提供参考。
The gear of CNC machine tool is an important part of the transmission system of machine tool.In order to analyze the influence of the synergistic effect of magnetic fluid and gear coating on the lubrication performance of involute spur gear,taking the magnetic fluid lubrication of involute spur gear as the research object,considering the influence of gear coating,the variation law of film thickness and pressure during the meshing process was obtained by multi grid method.The results show that the oil film thickness of coated gears is larger than that of uncoated gears.In the three special positions of meshing point,node and meshing out point,the pressure distribution of the second pressure peak with coating gear participating in meshing is smoother,which avoids the damage of large stress concentration on the gear.It can be seen that the gear coating improves the distribution of pressure and film thickness in the meshing zone,which is beneficial to the lubrication condition,and provides a reference for optimizing the tribological design of gears in CNC machine tool.
