双眼三焦点人工晶状体与渐变多焦点眼镜的视觉质量比较

Comparison of the visual quality between binocular trifocal intraocular lens and progressive addition lens

目的比较双眼三焦点IOL植入术与单焦点IOL植入术后佩戴渐变多焦点眼镜的视觉质量及满意度。方法随机对照研究。纳入郑州市第二人民医院2019年1月至2020年8月白内障超声乳化IOL植入术60例(120只眼),随机分为两组:植入三焦点IOL者,30例(60只眼)为三焦组;植入单焦点IOL者,30例(60只眼),术后3个月佩戴渐变多焦眼镜,为渐变组。术后随访6个月,比较两组视觉质量及满意度。结果术后3个月,三焦组裸眼中距离视力(UCIVA)、裸眼近视力(UCNVA)、最佳矫正近视力(BCNVA)均明显优于渐变组(t=8.432,9.391,3.712;均P<0.001);术后6个月,三焦组UCIVA、UCNVA均明显优于渐变组(t=8.621,8.406;均P<0.001)。总体满意度三焦组明显高于渐变组(χ2=4.031,P=0.041)。结论两者均能提供良好的远、中、近视力。而三焦点IOL能满足患者的脱镜需求,满意度更高。

Objective To compare the visual quality and satisfaction between aspheric trifocal intraocular lens implantation and progressive addition lenses after single focal intraocular lens implantation.Methods A random-control study was conducted on 120 eyes of 60 cataract patients who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation from Jan.2019 to Aug.2020 in Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The trifocal group with 60 eyes of 30 patients were implanted with trifocal diffractive intraocular lens.The progressive group with 60 eyes of 30 patients were implanted with monofocal lens,and were given progressive addition lenses at 3 months after surgery.All patients were followed up for 6 months after surgery.The visual quality and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results At 3 months after surgery,uncorrected intermediate visual acuity(UCIVA),uncorrected near visual acuity(UCNVA)and best corrected near visual acuity(BCNVA)in the trifocal group were significantly better than those in the progressive group(t=8.432,9.391,3.712;all P<0.001).At 6 months after surgery,UCIVA and UCNVA in the trifocal group were significantly better than those in the progressive group(t=8.621,8.406;all P<0.001).The overall satisfaction of the trifocal group was significantly higher than that of the progressive group(χ2=4.031,P=0.041).Conclusion Both trifocal intraocular lens and progressive addition lenses can provide good and stable visual quality for cataract patients after surgery.Trifocal intraocular lens can improve the satisfaction rate of patients.
