视网膜母细胞瘤治疗时长及其影响因素分析

Analysis of duration of treatment and influencing factor of retinoblastoma

目的分析影响视网膜母细胞瘤(RB)治疗时长的因素。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至12月在郑州大学附属儿童医院复查的单眼RB者61例的临床资料。患儿均治疗后病情稳定1年以上。观察其发病年龄、肿瘤分期及治疗时长等。结果61例中男30例,女31例;有家族史者2例。发病年龄3月龄~5岁,平均(21.67±10.12)个月。B期13例、C期15例、D期21例、E期12例;有9例(其中2例为D期,7例为E期)进行了眼球摘除术,占14.75%;在保留了眼球的52例中,肿瘤分期与治疗时长存在相关性(r=0.432,P=0.001)。结论肿瘤的期别是影响RB治疗时长的关键因素,肿瘤分期越严重,治疗时间越长。

Objective To analyse the factors affecting the treatment duration of retinoblastoma(RB).Methods The clinical data of 61 cases of monocular RB reexamined in the Affiliated Children’s Hospital of Zhengzhou University from Jan.to Dec.2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All the children were stable for more than 1 year after treatment.The age of onset,tumor stages and treatment duration were observed.Results Among the 61 cases,there were 30 males and 31 femals.There were 2 cases with family history.The age of onset ranged from 3 months to 5 years,with an average of(21.67±10.12)months.There were 13 cases in stage B,15 cases in stage C,21 cases in stage D,and 12 cases in stage E.Eyeball extirpation was performed in 9 cases(14.75%),including 2 cases of stage D and 7 cases of stage E.In the 52 cases with preserved eyeballs,there was a correlation between tumor stage and treatment duration(r=0.432,P=0.001).Conclusion The stage of the tumor is a key factor affecting the duration of treatment for patients with RB eye retention.The more severe the tumor stage,the longer the duration of treatment.
