摘要
白内障手术已进入屈光时代,精准的眼生物测量和人工晶状体(IOL)计算,是术后获得良好屈光状态的前提条件。光学的测量方法能提供精准的眼部生物学数据,另一方面IOL计算公式从理论公式、回归公式到人工智能参与的最新一代的IOL计算公式,能进一步提高IOL屈光度的准确性,且新一代IOL计算公式中的多数公式能通过网络资源免费获取,将新一代IOL公式应用到特殊类型白内障的IOL屈光度的计算中,能提高术后屈光状态的准确性、提升患者术后的满意度。本文对一些特殊类型的白内障,包括硅油眼、长眼轴、短眼轴、角膜屈光手术术后和成熟期白内障的IOL计算公式等方面分别进行阐述。
Cataract surgery has entered the refractive era.Accurate biometric measurement and intraocular lens calculation are the prerequisites for a good refractive state after surgery.Optical measurement methods can provide accurate biological data of the eye.On the other hand,IOL calculation formulas,from theoretical formulas and regression formulas to the latest generation of IOL calculation formulas participated in artificial intelligence,can further improve the accuracy of IOL degrees,and most of the new generation IOL calculation formulas can be obtained free of charge through online resources,and then be applied to the IOL calculation of special types of cataracts.It can improve the accuracy of postoperative refractive state and enhance the satisfaction of patients after operation.In this paper,IOL calculation formulas for certain types of special cataracts were set forth,including silicone oil eye,long ocular axis,short ocular axis,postoperative and mature cataract after corneal refractive surgery,etc.
