摘要
随着社会化养老需求的不断增加,培养融职业技能、理论知识与组织管理能力为一体的专业化及职业化的复合型养老服务服务人才迫在眉睫。本文针对人才培养过程中出现的脱节、岗位与专业化人才培养衔接不力以及教学资源分配不均等问题,侧重就职业教育体系、人才培养方案、专业内涵建设和招生就业改革等方面提出了具体解决思路。
As the demand for socialized elderly care continues to increase,it is urgent to cultivate composite elderly service professionals that integrate professional skills,theoretical knowledge and organizational management capabilities.This article focuses on the problems of disconnection in the process of talent training,mismatching between posts and professional talent training,and uneven distribution of teaching resources.Specific solutions revolve around the vocational education system,talent training plan,professional connotation construction,and enrollment and employment reform are proposed accordingly.
