“1+X”证书背景下高校财税人才培养模式探索

Research on the Training Model of Finance and Taxation Talents in Colleges and Universities under the Background of“1+X”Certificate

近年来,“1+X”证书制度得到了不断推进,其试点工作也取得了显著的成效。财税专业作为大部分高校都设立的专业,也应该做到与时俱进,作出相应的调整和改革。因此高校应该将原有的专业教学和“1+X”证书制度两两结合,优化原有的培养手段,为企业和社会培养出具有创新意识的复合型人才。本文从1+X证书背景下高校高水平人才培养的现状入手,分析其中存在的问题,并提出了具有针对性的培养意见。

In recent years,the“1+X”certificate system has been continuously promoted and its pilot work has also achieved remarkable results.As a major set up by most colleges and universities,the major of finance and taxation should also keep pace with the times and carry out corresponding adjustments and reforms.Therefore,colleges and universities should combine the original professional teaching with the“1+X”certificate system,optimize the original training scheme,and cultivate compound talents with innovative consciousness for enterprises and the society.This article starts with the current situation of high-level talent training in colleges and universities under the background of“1+X”certificate,examines the existing problems,and puts forward targeted training suggestions.
