自动驾驶汽车立法的域外启示——以德国《自动驾驶法》体系为例

The Extraterritorial Enlightenment of the Legal Regulation of Autonomous Vehicles--Taking the German“Autonomous Driving Law”System as an Example

自动驾驶技术已经成为目前最炙手可热的技术之一,我国的相关科技水平已经达到世界领先水平,但是由于法律建设相对滞后,自动驾驶相关立法尚需完善。本文以探究我国自动驾驶汽车事故的侵权责任为研究问题和目标,参考分析德国自动驾驶法律体系,为完善我国自动驾驶配套法律体系提出几点建议。

Autonomous driving technology has become one of the hottest technologies at present.The related technology in China has reached the world’s leading level.However,due to the relative lag in legal construction,autonomous driving related legislation still needs to be improved.In this paper,the research question is to explore the tort liability of autopilot accidents in China,refer to the analysis of the German autopilot legal system,and put forward some suggestions for perfecting the autopilot supporting legal system in China.
