气相色谱检测氯甲酸正戊酯中有关物质的方法研究

Study on Determination of Related Substances in Pentylchloroformate by GC

论述了气相色谱法测定氯甲酸正戊酯中的有关物质。采用安捷伦DB-1(30 m×0.53 mm,3μm)色谱柱,进样口温度为150℃;检测器温度为250℃;柱温箱采用程序升温。经验证,该方法简便,专属性强,重复性好,准确度高,能准确控制氯甲酸正戊酯中的有关物质。

The determination of related substances in pentylchloroformate by GC method was discussed.Agilent DB-1 column(30 m×0.53 mm,3μm)was adopted,the inlet tempreture was 150℃ and the FID temperature was 250℃.The oven was temperature programmed.It proved that the method was simple,specific,repeatable and accurate,and could accurately detect the related substances in pentylchloroformate.
