摘要
根据原料药工厂溶剂回收及浓缩蒸馏的工艺技术特点及安全法规要求,对溶剂回收及浓缩蒸馏装置设计方面的工艺、安全、自控系统等问题进行了探讨。并附上具体的溶剂回收及浓缩蒸馏工艺安全自控原理图举例说明。
In this paper several problems such as process,safety,and automatic control system were discussed.according to the process characteristics and safety regulations of solvent recovery and concentrated distillation unit in APIs plant,The specific solvent recovery and concentrated distillation process safety automatic control schematic diagram was attached to illustrate.
