摘要
固体分散体技术是改善难溶性药物的溶解度和生物利用度的有效方法之一。利用固体分散体技术提高难溶性药物溶解度进行综述,对固体分散体进行详细的介绍,并集中于固体分散体的分类及制备技术,对相关文献进行讨论。期望为固体分散体制备技术的研究提供参考。
Solid dispersion technology is one of the effective methods to improve the solubility and bioavailability of insoluble drugs.In this paper,the use of solid dispersion technology to improve the solubility of insoluble drugs was reviewed,solid dispersion was introduced in detail,and the classification and preparation technology of solid dispersion were focused,and the relevant literature was discussed.It is expected to provide reference for the research of solid dispersion preparation technology.
