摘要
设计并合成了2种聚离子液体催化剂IL1和IL2,运用分析测试手段如FTIR、TEM、SEM和TGA等对此催化剂的结构等进行了表征.将IL1和IL2应用于催化二氧化碳(CO_(2))与环氧丙烷(PO)的耦合反应,详细地讨论了温度、CO_(2)压力、时间以及催化剂的用量影响催化活性的程度.结果显示:28.5 mmol PO,3 MPa CO_(2)压力,120℃反应温度,0.1 g催化剂压力,6 h反应时间构成了最佳反应条件.IL1基于最佳条件还可催化多种环氧烷与CO_(2)的耦合反应,均有较高产率的环状碳酸酯被合成,且达到了大于99%的产物选择性.
Two types of polyionic liquid catalysts IL1 and IL2 were designed and synthesized.The morphology and structure of the catalyst were characterized by analysis and testing methods such as FTIR,TEM,SEM and TGA.IL1 and IL2 were used as catalysts respectively to catalyze the coupling reaction of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))and propylene oxide(PO).The effect of temperature,CO_(2) pressure,time and the amount of catalyst on the catalytic activity were discussed in detail.The results showed that 28.5 mmol PO,3 MPa CO_(2) pressure,reaction temperature of 120℃,pressure of 0.1 g catalyst,and reaction time of 6 h constituted the optimal reaction conditions.IL1 could also catalyze the coupling reaction of a variety of alkylene oxides and CO_(2) based on the optimal conditions with higher yields of cyclic carbonates synthesized,and achieved greater than 99%product selectivity.
