构建交通引导的发展体系研究

Research on Construction of Development Systems Guided by Transportation

随着城市化的持续推进,现阶段许多城市的建设重点转到郊区新城建设上,将郊区新城作为新增人口的主要空间载体,在建设过程中逐渐暴露出一些典型交通问题。论文对现阶段郊区新城建设中呈现的典型交通问题进行分析与研究,探析问题形成的原因,并由此提出建立包括规划技术体系、行政管理体系、建设运作体系3个部分的交通引导发展体系。希望通过构建交通引导发展体系强化交通系统对城乡空间布局的引导和支撑作用,加强交通规划与城乡规划的统筹协调。

With the continuous urbanization, the construction focus of many cities at this stage has shifted to the construction of suburban new cities. Taking suburban new cities as the main spatial carrier for new population, some typical traffic problems are gradually exposed in the construction process. This paper analyzes and studies the typical traffic problems in the construction of suburban new cities at the present stage, explores the reasons for the formation of the problems, and proposes the establishment of a development system guided by transportation consisting of three parts: planning technology system, administrative management system and construction operation system.It is hoped that this will strengthen the role of the transportation system in guiding and supporting the urban planning, and enhance the coordination of transportation planning and urban planning.
