摘要
目前,建筑工程领域的加固改造工程逐渐增多,对于上部结构承重增加的加固工程,要求对柱结构进行加固。常见的柱结构加固方法有增大截面加固法、粘钢加固法、外包钢加固法和碳纤维加固法等。其中,增大截面加固法是增大原构件截面面积并增配钢筋,以提高结构的承载力、刚度和稳定性,或改变其自振频率的一种直接加固法。论文通过对工程实例进行分析,探讨了增大混凝土柱截面加固法的施工流程和质量控制要点,以及自密实混凝土、微膨胀混凝土在增大截面加固法中的应用及发展前景。
At present, the reinforcement and transformation projects in the field of construction engineering are increasing gradually. For the reinforcement projects with increasing bearing capacity of the upper structure, the column structure is required to be strengthened. The common reinforcement methods of column structure include increasing section reinforcement, adhesive steel reinforcement, outer steel reinforcement and carbon fiber reinforcement, etc.. Among them, increasing section reinforcement method is a direct reinforcement method to increase the section area of the original member and add steel bars to improve the bearing capacity, stiffness and stability of the structure,or change its natural vibration frequency. Through the analysis of engineering examples, the paper discusses the construction process and quality control points of strengthening the section of concrete column, as well as the application and development prospect of self-compacting concrete and micro-expanding concrete in the method of strengthening the section of concrete column.
